Choose which product emails Cardinal sends you, and where the rest of your notifications are controlled.

Email Notifications

Settings → Notifications controls which product emails Cardinal sends you. The setting is per person, not per organization — changing it affects your inbox only, and it follows you across every organization you belong to.

Release Notes

Turn Release notes on to get an email when new features and product updates ship. It's a low-volume summary of what changed — not per-event activity mail.

  • The toggle saves as soon as you flip it — there's no separate save button
  • Turning it off unsubscribes you from release-notes email immediately; turning it back on resubscribes you
  • Your choice applies to you alone — teammates manage their own preference

Notifications Managed Elsewhere

Not every notification is controlled from this page. Work-driven notifications are scoped to the thing they're about, so you control them where that work lives:

  • @ mentions notify the person mentioned — mention someone in a comment on the thread or issue itself
  • Thread and issue subscribers are managed on the thread or issue, using its subscriber controls
  • Urgent issues email the team when an issue is raised to urgent priority
