Getting Started

Accessing Properties

Navigate to the Properties page to view your complete property portfolio. This serves as your main dashboard where you can see all properties at a glance and access individual property details.

Each property in your portfolio has several key sections that help you manage different aspects:

1. Property Details (Overview)

  • Purpose: View and manage core property information
  • Access: Click on any property from the main Properties list
  • Features:

  • Purpose: Manage rental agreements and tenant relationships
  • Access: Navigate to the Leases section within any property
  • Features:

Individual Lease Management

  • Click on any lease to access detailed lease information
  • Review lease terms, payment history, and tenant details
  • Manage lease renewals and modifications

4. Issues & Maintenance

  • Purpose: Track and manage property maintenance and issues
  • Access: Navigate to the Issues section within any property
  • Features:
  • View all reported issues and maintenance requests
  • Track issue status and resolution progress

Individual Issue Management

  • Click on any issue to access detailed information
