What payment options are available? Can you invoice me?

We accept credit card payment for any plan. We only invoice for Enterprise accounts. Contact support@withcardinal.com for more information.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel at any time by downgrading your account to the free plan. The change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations, educational institutions, or other special situations?

We don’t currently offer discounts, but we strive to keep our pricing fair to all organizations, regardless of size. That’s a key reason that we charge based on storage usage rather than per user.
