How long does onboarding take?

Most teams are managing their first properties in Cardinal within the same day they sign up. Uploading a lease, adding property details, and inviting your team takes under an hour. For larger portfolios, our onboarding team works with you to migrate data in a structured way.

What's included in the free trial?

Full access to the entire Cardinal platform — communication, documentation, reporting, and contacts. No feature restrictions, no credit card required. You'll also get a dedicated onboarding session with a member of the Cardinal team.

We already use Yardi / AppFolio / MRI. Why would we add Cardinal?

Cardinal is purpose-built for the operational and communication layers of commercial property management that accounting platforms don't address. Many teams use Cardinal alongside their existing accounting software — Cardinal handles tenant communication, issue tracking, document organization, and team knowledge continuity while Yardi or AppFolio handles the financials.
